Do You Want To Be A Champion For Dogs & Cats In Need?
You Do? Great!
The Crossings Animal Society is looking for Champions for our upcoming event, "Breakfast for Bosco & Boris." It's a fundraiser for our two veterinary assistance funds, Bosco's Fund and Boris & Natasha's Fund. We need YOUR help to reach our $25,000 goal.
What are Bosco's Fund and Boris & Natasha's Fund?
Bosco's Fund was just been opened in 2026. It was created in memory of CAS Board member Howard Greenberg's beloved rescue dog, Bosco (he's the little cutie on the left in the image below). The fund supports preventative veterinary care—annual exam, bloodwork, and vaccines—for pets living in families with limited financial resources. Bosco’s Fund helps dogs and cats live longer, healthier lives at home with the families who love them.
Boris & Natasha's Fund was created by CAS Founder Yvonne Neiman in memory of her Boxer, Boris (the big guy on the right below), and Golden Retriever, Natasha. The fund supplements the cost of life-sustaining veterinary care for homeless dogs and cats, and for pets living in families with limited financial resources. We help with everything from same-day, life-saving emergency surgeries and hip replacements to diagnostic testing and prescription coverage—and so much in between. Since it's inception, we've saved over 60 pets with the fund, thanks to your generosity.

How does the fundraiser work?
Breakfast for Bosco & Boris is a peer-to-peer fundraiser, and there are two ways you can participate.
The first way to get in on the fun is to become a "Champion" in which you raise donations online through our campaign at Donately.com. As a fundraising Champion, you set up your own individual webpage then reach out to your friends, family, peers, and colleagues to donate on your page. We promise that it's easy, as you can see in the steps below.
If that just isn't for you, you can still participate by donating to a Champion's fund. Simply go to our campaign page and peruse our top Champions and teams and donate to one that speaks you. If you'd like to donate the old-fashioned way and send a check, you can mail it to CAS at 1083 Taylorsville Rd. Suite 3, Washington Crossing, PA 18977 and put "Breakfast for Bosco & Boris" in the memo. Just call us if you run into any issue.
Either way, all of your donations will go directly to CAS and will be used exclusively for Bosco's Fund and Boris & Natasha's Fund.
If you'd like to set up a fundraiser as an individual or a team of Champions, here's how:
-
Go to our "Create a fundraiser" page by clicking here
-
Complete the personal info section.
-
Give your fundraiser a name. Be as creative as you'd like!
-
In the description, explain why you decided to become a Champion.
-
Set the goal for your fundraiser. We ask that each Champion set a goal of $500 or more.
-
Share your fundraiser with your family, friends, co-workers and every other animal-lover you know.
What's this about a breakfast?
Breakfast for Bosco & Boris culminates with a breakfast celebration at Charcoal BYOB in Yardley, held on Wednesday, May 20, 8:00-10:30 a.m.
All Champions are invited to the breakfast, along with those who donated $100 or more, and a number of special guests.
After the sit-down breakfast, we'll give a presentation about CAS, Bosco's Fund, Boris & Natasha's Fund, and the efforts made in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey to preserve the health and welfare of our pets.
Then it's time to announce what we've collectively raised and say thank you to everyone who's participated!
We can't wait to see & thank you for all you do for pets in our area!
