Thanks to your generosity, Breakfast for Bosco & Boris raised more than $22,000 for Boris & Natasha's Fund and Bosco's Fund! That means the newly created Bosco's Fund is now fully funded to provide preventative veterinary care for dogs and cats living in families with financial limitations.
With the funding now in place, our next goal is to launch the program and begin helping pets in our community receive the veterinary care they need.
Since the fundraiser, we have been working to identify 4 veterinary practices - 2 in Lower Bucks and 2 in Mercer County - to join us as participating practices for Bosco's Fund. These practices agree to provide a discount for preventative services, accept 30-40 referrals a year, and bill The Crossings Animal Society for full payment of the bill.
To make that happen, we're looking for one additional veterinary partner in Lower Bucks County. If you have a connection to a local veterinary practice that may be interested in partnering with us, we'd love an introduction. We truly appreciate your support in helping us support local families and their pets.
Know a veterinary practice that goes above and beyond? We'd love to hear about them. Give your favorite Lower Bucks veterinarian a well-deserved shout-out by calling us at (215) 321-4673 or sending the rec to info@crossingsanimalsociety.org. Your recommendation could help us build a partnership that makes lifesaving veterinary care more accessible to local pets and the families who love them.
While you're here, don't forget to check the presentations from Breakfast for Bosco & Boris.
