Big Dog, Big Personality: Meet Bowie
At just 2 years old, Bowie is a handsome 60-pound Husky mix with plenty of confidence, playfulness, and personality. He’s a big guy with a sweet, goofy side and a zest for life that’s hard to miss.
Bowie was surrendered after it became clear he was a little too much dog for the toddler in the family. He’s currently staying at a doggy daycare, where he’s been getting some one-on-one training and enjoying plenty of attention along the way. He’s making steady progress and proving to be a very good student—his sit and stay are getting better by the day, and we’re confident he’s ready for a new chapter.
Bowie is affectionate, eager to please, and loves being around his people. He’s the kind of dog who is always happy to join in, whether that means heading out for an adventure or hanging out with his favorite humans. He’ll do best with an active home that understands young Husky energy and can give him the exercise, structure, and positive guidance that will help him thrive.
He’s still growing up, still learning, and definitely still has some puppy-like enthusiasm—but that’s part of what makes Bowie, Bowie. If you’re looking for a fun-loving companion with a big personality and an even bigger heart, he may be your guy.
